1. Definitions

• "Logiqore" / "We" / "Us" — Logiqore, operating at 67 Thanon Thaphae, Chang Moi, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand.
• "You" / "Participant" — any individual who accesses this website or enrolls in a programme.
• "Programme" — any of the structured learning tracks offered by Logiqore, including Foundations of AI Development, Deep Learning & Neural Networks, and Generative AI Project Studio.
• "Content" — written materials, session notes, code examples, exercises, and any other learning resources provided as part of a Programme.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing this website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or enrol in a Logiqore programme.

3. Programme Description

Logiqore offers structured AI development education programmes delivered primarily in person at our Chiang Mai location. Programmes are described on our website and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust programme content, scheduling, or format with reasonable notice.

Session times, cohort sizes, and programme durations are provided as guidance. Actual delivery may vary based on participant needs and operational factors.

4. Enrolment and Prerequisites

Enrolment is confirmed only after a pre-enrolment conversation and written confirmation from Logiqore. We reserve the right to decline enrolment where a participant does not meet stated prerequisites or where the cohort is full.

Prerequisites for each track are outlined on our website. It is your responsibility to assess your own readiness honestly before enquiring.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and engage with the material in good faith
• Complete exercises and project work to the best of your ability
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute programme materials without written permission from Logiqore
• Not present other people's work or publicly available code as your own project work
• Bring appropriate equipment as directed during the enrolment process

6. Intellectual Property

All Content provided as part of a Logiqore programme — including written documentation, code examples, exercises, and session materials — remains the intellectual property of Logiqore unless stated otherwise in writing.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use programme materials for your own learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or adapt these materials for any other purpose without prior written consent.

Work you produce independently as part of project exercises remains yours. Logiqore does not claim ownership of participant-created project code or documentation.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and must be paid in full or in agreed instalments before the first session, unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the enrolment process.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before a programme starts: full refund
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before: no refund
• Withdrawal after a programme has begun: no refund for sessions already delivered

If Logiqore cancels a programme, a full refund will be provided.

8. Disclaimers

Programme content is provided for educational purposes only. Logiqore makes no representations about the suitability of programme content for any particular professional use. We do not make representations about employment outcomes, income potential, or career advancement.

Website content and programme materials are provided in good faith and updated periodically. They are not a substitute for professional technical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Logiqore's total liability to any participant in connection with a programme shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant programme.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from participation in or inability to participate in a programme.

10. Termination

Logiqore reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct substantially disrupts sessions, is disrespectful toward facilitators or other participants, or violates these Terms.

A participant may withdraw from a programme at any time subject to the refund terms in Section 7.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in a Logiqore programme shall first be addressed through direct communication with Logiqore at [email protected]. We aim to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Logiqore regarding the subject matter herein.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from Logiqore.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you are enrolled in a programme at the time of a material change, we will notify you by email.
